Needs so Advice. I have a IR department that wants to code and bill Angiogram with a Hepatic Embolizations.
Senario: In the course of performing a diagnoistic mapping, the physician coil embolized the gastroduodenal artery because he was concern of reflux of the Y-90 beads that were to be placed place during the hepatci arty embloization. The Department want to code for all IR components. Any information on Hepatic Artery Embolizations would be great..
