I am having trouble with Medicare not wanting to pay for 85610 (pro-time) done in house, using V58.61 as the diagnosis. States that this is a non covered service, not deemed necessary by the payor.
Also, having the same problem with urinalysis 81002. Same reason.
Anyone have any ideas?
