2.5 cm subq was excised which was somewhat of a firm rubbery consistency and with a discreet edge and was sent for path (tailbone/sacrum area)

Closure with absorbable sutures in layers and then Steri-Strips.

Path came back: Neurilemmoma (schwannoma) 215.6 which I was not expecting ....

I see 64788 but office will use 27047?

I don't get these much and our facility waits for the path.
