Massage Therapist or Acupuncturist Billing Under MD

Quick question. Does anybody know specifically where I could find information about a Massage Therapist billing under an MD (allowed, not allowed, allowed under what circumstances, etc. for both Medicare and BCBS IL) as well as an Acupuncturist billing under an MD? Not sure the certifications of both but general information about billing would be helpful!
