I have a patient that had left total mastetomy w/ axillary node biopsy and then on the right had modified radical mastecomy. What is the correct code to be reimbursed for both sides.

This is what I was thinking
19301-lt
19100-lt,51
19305-rt with 59

It might depend on the payor but this is how I would code this procedure.

19307/RT -mod radical
19303/LT -total mastectomy
38525/LT -axillary biopsy
38792/LT (if the physician injected the breast with Methyl Blue to identify the sentinal nodes.)
