Hello, My surgeon removed full axillary contents thru an axillary incision then did a complete mastecomy including pectoralis fascia thru a separate incision due to the patient having a small breast. Not sure how to code as the axillary dissection was done thru a sep incision and thats incuded in the total mastectomy codes??? Please help.
