Hi there,

The final assessment is: "Maternal carrier of balanced translocation" and the assigned codes are: V22.1 and 758.4.

My question is:

Is there a code for pregnancy complicated by maternal cromosomal defect?

Based on the mother's diagnosis (758.4) can we automatically assign 655.13 for "suspected"?
