Ob coding for patient that changes insurance in middle of maternity care. I bill first insurance antepartum care depending of number of visits she was seen for. Now for the new insurance--do i bill global and lower our fee less what i have billed first insurance? Or do i bill delivery only and antepartum code and lower antepartum charge by what i billed the first insurance?
