not sure if i have already asked this question here, i am sorry if i did.
when patient come for MAWV and provider did physical exam as well where as for MAWV no need for physical exam, can we bill G0439 code and 99397 as well since provider did physical exam as well? do we need seperate note for physical exam? most of advantage plan will not cover physical exam but just curious if we need to bill. if yes how many elements needs to be done on physical exam?
