Wiki Maxim Healthcare No PTO???

I was just told Maxim would like to potentially hire me, but then was told they offer benefits, but no paid time off. I went to their website to look into this, and it said that they DO offer PTO. Has anyone ever worked for them and if so, what do you know/are they reputable? Thanks in advance!
