Our podiatrist performed a cheilectomy and arthrodesis on the interphalangeal joint. I was reading in his dictation and he also states a mayo type block. Normally they just inject the marcaine into the joint making it the 20600. But this now states block. Would it still be 20600? or maybe 64450? Not sure. Thanks!
