I just recvd my first denial for the G0102 code from Medicare. I called a rep and she stated that it can not be billed on the same day as an office visit. I had a modifier 25 appended to the EM charge. Does anyone have any information or suggestions for the code G0102???

It has been my experience that it is bundled with the E/M code even if modifier 25 is appended to the E/M.
