MCR NP presents with uterine myomas. However, dr finds out she needs her breast check/pelvic exam as it has been 2 yrs. Dr. coding NP problem visit 99202-25 + G0101+Q0091. However MCR denies 99202 as pt not reportedly new pt since G0101 pays equivalent to 99212.

Any other ideas for coding this scenario??:confused:
