Pt had an MRA neck....clinical hx: vertigo, hearing loss, alteration of consciousness.

Impression: Tortuous high cervical internal carotid arteries, right greater than left.

I initially coded it with 447.1. Got denial as MCR does not cover that dx code. They do cover 780.4...would it be appropriate to change dx to 780.4?
