Hi,

Is anyone trying to bill albuterol for in-office MDI usage? It would be on a "per puff" basis, but I am not sure it's appropriate since the J7613 indicates "solution", not aerosol, and I have heard that it's not payable since it's deemed a "self-administered" drug. Any ideas? Please assist.
