I will like to know if this MDM can be consider as Moderate Complex. New patient with the following
CC: L knee pain
New problem
Impression: PATELLO-FEMORAL SYNDROME (ICD-717.7) & KNEE PAIN, LEFT (ICD-719.46)

Plan
X-ray and MRI L knee r/o DJD, MMT. f/u 6 wks
Start Physical Therapy, Reviewed HEP, Continue HEP, Ice area 10 min. on 10 min. off for 30 min.
I am viewing as New problem w/work up, radiology order and Undiagnosed new problem and uncertain prognosis.
