We are having trouble deciding the risk level for when our pain management dr does spine injections. He states it's high level and that it is elective MAJOR sx. (under the management option column). I have tried for a week to find a source to intrepret the chart as it is vague.
Can any one give me a hand? Where do spine injections ( 64483, 64493 and the like) fall in the chart?
