If a provider gives 800mg ibuprofen would this be a low or moderate MDM. I feel a low since you can get this otc. Provider wants to see this in written can you please help me. Thank you.
 
MDM help

Are you asking if this is moderate risk because the MDM cannot be determined without the amount of diagnoses and data points which you did not provide. If the provider is writing a prescription for 800 mgs of ibuprofen then this would be a moderate risk as prescription drug management. However if the provider is advising to take ibuprofen OTC then the risk would be low.
