Question MDM level for STD exposure

[HR1025]

Patient came in saying she was cheated on and is experiencing vaginal discharge. They ordered 10 tests for possible STD exposure. No medications were given, no previous records reviewed, and the pt was out in 8 minutes. What level MDM?

What did you input in order to get the moderate level? Every time I do it it tells me 99212 (straight forward)

I chose undiagnosed new problem with uncertain prognosis. This probably is incorrect though since the diagnosis would be vaginal discharge.
With self-limited or minor problem it is straightforward, sorry for the wrong info!

It's a 3. Low/Limited/Low.
1 Acute, uncomplicated
2 Tests (assuming part of those 10 were a panel which counts as only 1). If it was 3+ unique tests it would be moderate data but still would not bump the whole level.
Low risk (could be seen as minimal)
(Acute, uncomplicated illness or injury: A recent or new short-term problem with low risk of morbidity for which treatment is considered. There is little to no risk of mortality with treatment, and full recovery without functional impairment is expected. A problem that is normally self limited or minor but is not resolving consistent with a definite and prescribed course is an acute, uncomplicated illness)
