Question MDM level for STD exposure

Patient came in saying she was cheated on and is experiencing vaginal discharge. They ordered 10 tests for possible STD exposure. No medications were given, no previous records reviewed, and the pt was out in 8 minutes. What level MDM?

The AAPC E/M calculator suggests moderate level, given the 10 tests done.

What did you input in order to get the moderate level? Every time I do it it tells me 99212 (straight forward) but I know if I were to code it that way I would be told I was wrong.

I chose undiagnosed new problem with uncertain prognosis. This probably is incorrect though since the diagnosis would be vaginal discharge.
With self-limited or minor problem it is straightforward, sorry for the wrong info!
