With the MDM guidelines for 2021 I am not sure what level to assign a note, when a patient is taking an (AI) after receiving chemotherapy treatment. They have been taking it for numerous years. With the new definition of stable and treatment goal, sometimes this is hard to decide. Any help would be appreciated.
