Following Number of Diagnoses or Management Options in MDM the DGs state: "... Treatment inlcudes a wide range of management options, including patient instructions, nursing instructions, therapies, and medications."

Do you interrpret this to mean that things other than diagnostic tests may be considered "additional workup"? If a patient is sent for PT, do you count that as additional workup?
