I am working with a new EHR that generates charges based on dictation. The provider saw a patient for a new problem and was diagnosed with a fracture. Follow up is PRN. Due to the documentation indicating no follow up, the system is basing the Risk on OTC and not the fracture. Does anyone have thoughts on this or know where I can find supporting documentation that would indicate that the Risk should not be based on fracture if no follow up is planned? Thanks
