Can Data points for Medical Decision Making be given for case history other source for the following scenarios?
1. Information given by a parent for an infant/child
2- Our organization provides the service of an interpreter for non-English speaking patients. Our providers document "information obtained with the use of an interpreter". Would the provider receive 2 points for data in this situation?
