Question. How many data points are there for the physician viewing images (instead of just reviewing a report)?

Is it 1 for review of the study, plus 2 for viewing images, for a total of 3 points?

Or is it just 2 because the viewing the images just gives one extra point?

It may depend on organization preference, but we give:

2 pts for individual interpretation
plus
1 pt for review of the results

for a total of three points, when the individual interp is documented and there is indication of review of the radiology results as interpreted by radiologist
