Thoughts? Does the following statement encompass what would be necessary to deem as Prescription drug management under table of risk for MDM? Your input is greatly appreciated.

PLAN: conservative measures and medication management are reviewed and discussed

I would say no, because it doesnt say what type of medication. the doctor could simply be recommending something that's OTC. Also it only said that it was discussed, no mention of something actually being prescribed. I would want to see the actual drug and whatever dose and frequency. (i.e. "prescribed 800 mg Ibuprofen PO [by mouth], QD [once a day]).
