Hi I am getting conflicting information on selection of complexity of MDM. If I have a moderate type of problem, limited for data reviewed and low for risk would I throw out the limited since it is the lowest and code as low complexity or would I code the complexity as straightforward since I do not have 2 out of 3 in a particular column?

I would say that you have a low mdm, since you do have 2 of the 3 with a moderate problem and a low risk. With the moderate problem, that means that you also have the straight forward problem and low problem that are lower.

Ok thanks for the help.. I was confusing myself.. I was initially throwing out the lowest but then began to think I should be coding the MDM to the lowest if I didn't have 2 out of 3 in a single column.. So I was doing it right initially ..

Yes you were doing it right! :)

The 2 out of the 3 that you are keeping are Low and Moderate... since Low is the lowest of those two; Your decision making is Low.
