Can someone help me in selection of ATT code, the ATT/rotation flap op note reads:

preop size 15 x 18 mm
post op size 32 x 34 mm
what would be the area size under flap in order to select the correct CPT? would you add or multiply 32 x 34mm?

You multiply length (in centimeters) by width (in centimeters) to get area. So your 32 x 34 mm. converts to 3.2 x 3.4 cm. Multiply those and you have 10.88 square centimeters.
