Does anyone have any 'gold standard' on how often coders works should be reviewed? How coders quality is measured? How it should be measured and reported? Oftentimes people are looking for a performance measure, but there does not appear to be any consistency in standards of how things are measured to accurately reflect this score and show everyone is meeting the same. Does anyone have any guidance on how many should be reviewed, how often, what should be counted, etc?
