Patient came into office:

After positioining the patient in seim-supine position, the previous PEG tube was removed with a gentle tug. This was measured with a measuring device and was found to be an 18 French 4 cm MIC-Key gastrostomy button. An 18 French gastrostomy tube was then placed and the balloon inflated to about 10 cc. This was withdrawn and also stitched at 4 cm but the skin, again, confirming the measurement for the MIC gastrostomy button.
They are given a script for an 18 French MIC gastrostomy button.

Office visit or 43760?

Patient returned two days later for replacing the PEG tube.
