After informed consent, I inspected the meatus and phallus. At this timeframe there appeared to be more of the meatal skin bridge than actual true hypospadias. At this timeframe, the meatus was dilated with the small van Buren sounds, and it was noted that there was a meatal skin bridge. Therefore, this skin bridge was clamped with a hemostat clamp and then divided with Metzenbaum scissors. The meatus appeared to be quite patent and open at this time frame and allowed passage of the flexible cystoscope. The remainder of the anterior urethra was fairly unremarkable. The prostate itself was fairly normal in size and configuration. The bladder inspected.

What CPT code should I use? 53020? 52000?
