We have a patient who needs a visit for both reasons, 2 visits? Cannot bill the med check to MVA.
 
Is the Med Check for medications in relation to the MVA? Then it would be 1 visit for both. If it is a Med Check for something not related to the MVP you can bill the private insurance for this. However, there must be two separate notes.
