Wiki Med management and psychotherapy

I bill for a behavioral health multispecialty group with several providers. How would you code: Med management by one provider and then psychotherapy by another provider on the same day, in the same office? Would each provider bill seperately? use a modifier and bill together? Any recomendations?

In the Clinic I manage, we bill each provider seperately.

I think the Med Management code is actually an add on. So, whichever provider that sees the patient for Med Management, would have to have a Primary code billed along with it.
