According to Medi-Cal PT Evaluation CPT 97161 - 97164 indicates "Non-Benefit" yet has an allowable of $70.04 with TAR, but for procedure type "E" Educational Agency? Does this mean we must apply for LEA to get paid? We are billing for outpatient "office" setting, I'm not comprehending the rule here, can someone explain?
