Physician advanced needles into Burton's points at L4, L5 and sacral alae. Injected 0.5 cc of 0.75% bupivacaine into each location. This effectively anesthetized his L4-L5 and L5-S1 facet joints. What CPT code would I use and how many branch blocks were completed? I get really confused with whether to count it per joint or per vertebra. Thanks
