Pt under went Rt athroscopic partial Lateral Menisectomy 11/12l, Pt then came in post op on 01/09 complaining of sever Medial Pain, no mention of injury/accident. MRI w/ wet read was order, 1/11 pt had a Rt athroscopic partial Medial Menisectomy. For some reason I just can't focus/wrap my head around how to bill this... any help is greatly appreciated!
