Hello, does anyone know code for "right medial peri scapular trigger points high along the sequel?
So far I have found M25.511 and M75.51 both in the notes but not sure about medial peri scapular trigger points high along the sequel. Further reading of chart says patient is worried about grand child and very tense in shoulder. Patient has hx of vitamin D def. Any input is welcome.
