Wiki Medicaid and Delivery Billing

I am new to coding/billing deliveries to Medicaid. Just wanted to know; How do you code deliveries for Texas Medicaid?
As far as I’ve researched, I came to know that Texas Medicaid do not accept global billing of maternity. So, do you bill antepartum/ delivery/ postpartum all separately?
Also, need to know the use of "TH Modifier"

Also, do other states Medicaid like Tennessee and Arizona accept global maternity billing?

I can't speak specific to Texas, but in my state they are billed separately.

That's the same in my state, Alaska. We bill antepartum/ delivery and postpartum care all separately.
