Can you bill Critical Care and a procedure with Medicaid? My understanding was you could and use the 25 on the CC.

CC and procedure

Yes you are correct ,

We have to append 25 mod to 99291 , when the procedure is performed along with CC.

Only if the procedure is not bundled into the CC. What was the procedure done?
