I am having a problem with secondary claims to medicaid. I have been told by Medicaid that they need us to put the amount the primary payor paid in box 24J. On our 1500 box 24J is for the Rendering provider number? We send a copy of the Primary Eob with the claim but Medicaid said that is not good enough they need the amount marked on the claim. HELP!:mad:
