I have billed a 99214 to Medicaid and getting the 107 error - related or qualifying claims/service not identified on claim. I am not in global, just an ordinary office visit. Any help/insight?
 
I recommend calling your Medicaid payer and ask them what this denial/error means and how can you go about correcting the claim so that this can be paid.
