Good Morning,
I was wondering if someone can help me with this. I was reviewing the Medicare HAC's and the Medicaid HCAC's (Healthcare-Acquired Conditions). We bill the profesisonal charges for some general surgeon's and anesthesia providers.

Will the Medicaid HCAC affect us since we are billing on a 1500 and not a UB-04?
