Hello - trying to bill CPT 90792 - pt had BC Complete who does not cover substance abuse- advised us to bill the State. Per CHAMPS we went by the PIHP coverage and billed them - denied as noncovered. Not sure who to bill for these services. Anyone have any information? I am in the state of Michigan. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated
