Wiki Medicaid laparoscopic hysterectomy code

One of my co-workers called Medicaid to precert a robotic hysterectomy with the 58571 code. She was informed they no longer accept this code. Does anyone know anything about this? They told me to go to the fee schedule on the website to find the correct code, but that was a joke.

What state?

CPT 58571 is a valid code. What state are you in, because each state has its own rules for Medicaid.
