Wiki Medicaid needs FP modifier for CPT 76830

Hi All,

It would be great if someone can advise on the FP modifier for CPT 76830 as the medicaid denies as "Missing family planning indicator" . What is family planning indicator ? Is this necessary to use "FP"modifier for all medicaid claims mandatory? Please advise.
