I need help coding a 61 yr old female medicaid patient that came in for a pap only. She just has TMHP. She is not of child bearing age so adding a modifier FP for family planning might not work. How does anyone out there code female patients for paps (physicals). Do they even have benifits for paps? I called TMHP but they didn't reall help. We are a family practice clinic. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cindy
