when the preventive code is billed to medicaid do we still use the 26 modifier when immunizations are given also? is passport the only one we use the EP modifer for?

Medicaid preventative modifiers

I am not sure which state you are in, but in louisiana, we use the 25 modifier on the visit and the ep on the preventative visit.
