Hi,
Can someone answer why medicaid will only pay for the Office Visit and not the Therapy visit? There is a modifier 25 after the office visit.

Thank you for your help.
 
Try using the appropriate X- modifier (XE, XP) or are you using add-on therapy codes in which case no modifier should be used.
