Busy Dermatology practice is seeking a certified medical biller/coder.
Dermatology billing experience is a plus. ICD-10 knowledge and experience is required.
The position includes but is not limited to:
? Insurance and benefit verification
? Posting of payments
? End of day and End of month close
? Submission of electronic claims
? Working of A/R report monthly
? Patient and insurance collections
? Follow-up of denials
? Sending patient statements
This position is also cross-trained in the front office.
Required experience:
? 1 year previous medical billing experience: 1 year
Required license or certification:
? CPC
