I'm a Medical Billing Representative looking to upgrade to a coding position in the Denver, Colorado metro area. I have worked 5 yrs as an insurance claims processor with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. I processed and worked on claims with Medicare, Medicare Railroad, Medicaid, retirement claims, and coordination of benefits.
I have worked as a Medical Billing Representative in that last couple years. I have a degree as a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist and will be taking my exam on March 31, 2012. I have 8 months left to remove my A designation and would very much like the opportunity to obtain a coding position.
I have mutiple computer program experiences including Next Gen, Centricity, and Facets.
